Central Pacific Chemicals Pte Limited (CPCL) is a 100% locally owned and registered company. It was formerly known as Orica Fiji Limited / IXOM.
CPCL is the market leader in water treatment and chemical distribution in Fiji with a growing presence in pacific region.
CPCL supplies highgrade specialized chemicals across a diverse range of markets. These includes abattoir, boilers & cooling towers, dairy, poultry industry, food & beverage, sugar industry, water & wastewater treatment, swimming pools & timber sawmill industries.
CPCL operates its warehouse and distribution centers located in Lami and Lautoka. Its extensive product range includes Food Chemicals, Industrial Chemicals, Liquid Caustic Soda, and Liquid Chlorine. It also includes Chlorine Gas, Solvents, Soda Ash, Calcium Hydroxide, Calcium Hypochlorite, and Aluminium Sulphate, among many others. CPCL is the primary supplier of chemical products to many local industries. It plays an important role in the Fiji economy.
CPCL has been working with IXOM to supply Chlorine Gas to the Water Authority of Fiji. They have been doing this for many years at its respective water treatment sites. Chlorine gas is a reliable disinfectant used in water treatment and other applications. IXOM chlorine gas is manufactured and packaged in Australia in accordance with our highest quality standards. IXOM operates stock points across Australia to ensure supply availability and continuity. IXOM has been manufacturing chlorine for decades and provides support through equipment, training, audits and our emergency response service.
CPCL is strongly committed to the local community. It contributes to Fijian society by employing 20 individuals locally. The company also engages contractors and part-time staff as and when required.
